What will happen once I book my appointment and pay for my package? 

Upon receiving confirmation of your appointment, you will be provided with a link to your online Google Meets meeting. Additionally, you will also receive a link to fill out a comprehensive form regarding your child/baby. This detailed information is crucial for me to create a personalized sleep plan for your child. Please allow 3 days for me to create the plan once you have submitted the form. Therefore to ensure enough time for planning, please submit the form at least 3 days prior to our meeting. Please schedule your meeting accordingly.

• Evening (Bedtime): We will aim to respond to your messages within 10 minutes.
• Daytime: We will aim to reply within 1 hour.
